In addition to camp counselors, we rely on many others in camp to help us run our program. These ‘Specialists’ teach classes, organize activities, train and supervise staff, lead kids on trips, and provide support to our counselors at camp. Some specialists have advanced training, licenses, and experience, while others simply want to be involved at camp without living with kids 24/7 as a counselor does.
