Registration & Deposit
A completed registration card and a $750 deposit ($250 for Junior Session) registers your youngster. For the required registration materials, please contact Abby at (360) 376-2277 or abby [at] fourwindscamp [dot] org.
The remainder of the tuition is due two months prior to the opening day of the session. Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover are accepted. We offer a family discount if you're sending more than two children to camp - for families with three (3) or more children, a 10% discount will be given on the total tuition.

Withdrawing an Application
Sometimes it becomes necessary to withdraw your child from attending camp due to an emergency or change in family circumstances. If you will not be able to send your child to camp after being accepted, please let us know as soon as possible so we can make room for another child.
If you withdraw your child from camp before January 1st, we will gladly return your deposit, minus a $50 registration fee. Between January 1st and February 28/29 - your deposit will be returned minus $100 registration fee.
After March 1st, your deposit will be returned minus a $250 registration fee. Note that this amounts to forfeiting a Junior Session deposit.
1st session, after May 1st Forfeit $750 deposit
2nd session, after June 1st Forfeit $750 deposit
For withdrawals made with 3 weeks of the opening day of the session, the full tuition will be forfeited. All withdrawals must be made in writing. During camp, we reserve the right to send children home for poor behavior or policy violations without refunds of tuition.
